Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.

Defective merchandise can be returned for exchange. Defective DVDs/videos must be returned within 30 days of purchase via U.S. Mail for replacement of originally purchased title only. A sales receipt or Confirmation of Sale email must accompany the return. NO refunds or exchanges on non-defective DVDs/videos.
If you receive an incorrect item, DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept items accidentally shipped to you if you have opened them. Please contact the Customer Serive Department for Amun Media, Inc. / Hancock Studios to receive a return authorization (R.A.); we will gladly replace it with the correct merchandise. We will not replace it with a different title.
