Payment Method
At the present time, Amun Media, Inc. / Hancock Studios is unable to accept international credit cards. For customers residing in the U.S., Amun Media, Inc. / Hancock Studios accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Money Order, Personal or Cashier's Check. Orders are subject to verification. Your credit card address must match the billing address on your order or it will not be shipped until corrected. For Money Order and Personal or Cashier's Check customers, we will cancel your order if we do not receive your payment within 2 weeks after order is placed. Orders mailed in must have a completed order form including a signature verifying your age and intention to order adult-oriented material.

Sales Tax
Orders are shipped from California. All orders delivered to a California address will be charged an 8.25% sales tax.

Order Confirmation / Order Status
All customers providing an email address will receive an email order confirmation. Please print this confirmation and keep it for your own reference. If you need to check the status of your order, please email us and use your order number for reference. If you are not sure if we received your order, please contact us.

Order Processing
Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5AM. Please allow 1 business day for processing your order.

Billing
Your credit card billing statement will be from Amun Media, Inc.

Shipping
Your order will arrive in a standard box, with only the video order and receipt. You will never receive any unsolicited material from other vendors. The return address label is from Amun Media, Inc.

We do NOT process third-party shipments due to age verification requirements. This means you may not order for a friend and have the package shipped to them. You may have a shipping address different from your billing address, as long as the recipient is the same.

We do not ship on weekends or U. S. Federal Holidays.

Shipping and Handling Charges
The shipping charges will be calculated and displayed for you after you type in your shipping information.

Shipping Methods
All products are shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS), based on your location and the selected level of service. Amun Media, Inc. / Hancock Studios offers USPS Priority Mail (2-4 days), UPS Next Air (Next Day), UPS 2nd Air (2 days) and UPS Ground Service (5 - 7 business days). We calculate shipping charge based on USPS and UPS terminal rates and a low handling fee. Shipping totals will be displayed before credit card submission.

International Orders
At the present time, Amun Media, Inc. / Hancock Studios will only ship product within the United States. International shipping is NOT available.

Refund Policy
Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Defective merchandise can be returned for exchange. Defective DVDs/videos must be returned within 30 days of purchase via U.S. Mail for replacement of originally purchased title only. A sales receipt or Confirmation of Sale email must accompany the return. NO refunds or exchanges on non-defective DVDs/videos.

If you receive an incorrect item, DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept items accidentally shipped to you if you have opened them. Please contact the Customer Serive Department for Amun Media, Inc. / Hancock Studios to receive a return authorization (R.A.); we will gladly replace it with the correct merchandise. We will not replace it with a different title.

Fulfillment
The information collected by Amun Media, Inc. / Hancock Studios is used only for the limited purposes of processing orders, informing you of your order status, for statistical purposes, for improving our site and its performance, and to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you. Your personal information will be transmitted only to those third parties involved in fulfilling your order. For example, we must release your credit card information to the card-issuing bank to confirm payment; and release your address and telephone information to the shipping company to deliver products to you.

We will never sell, lease, distribute or give away your information to any other party for the purposes of their advertising to you or contacting you for any other reason.

Personal Information disclosure to other parties
We may release account information when we believe that such release is reasonably necessary to enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Amun Media, Inc. / Hancock Studios, our users, or others. Delinquent payments may result in the submission of personal account information to a third party collection agency.

Except as otherwise stated in this Policy, at present Amun Media, Inc. / Hancock Studios DOES NOT DISCLOSE its customers' personal information to other merchants.

Compliance with Service of Process or Law Enforcement
Amun Media, Inc. / Hancock Studios fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services or products for illegal activities. Amun Media, Inc. / Hancock Studios may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide personal information to the appropriate governmental authorities.

We will disclose personal information upon receipt of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful. All models depicted in this web site, and the videos for sale through this web site, were eighteen (18) years of age or older when filmed. The records required by Title 18 USC 2257 with respect to all of the graphical material found on Amun Media, Inc. / Hancock Studios owned sites are kept by R. Kiser, the Custodian of Records, at 4122 E. Chapman Ave. Ste. 8, Orange, CA 92869. Amun Media, Inc. / Hancock Studios holds on file each model release and copied photo ID for every model found on its sites and for the videos sold.
